私自身は鏡や記録映像を通して自分を観ることができるが、動いている最中は客観的な視点をもてない。これは身体表現に置けるジレンマである。この作品はその盲目的な身体表現を、より感覚的に表現し、私は私自身を観察するために鏡やビデオを通じ、私を観察するプロセスそのものを作品に取り込んだものである。
ビデオ映像と即興パフォーマンスを組み合わせる場合、その映像をいつ撮影するかは難しい問題です。この作品では、その日のリハーサルで撮影します。パフォーマンスでは、腹筋と背筋に筋電センサーを装着し、その映像のフェーダーをコントロールすることで、踊っている最中は映像を見えないようにし、動きの始まりと終わりだけを影としてスクリーンに映し出します。
A performance with the acceleration sensor. 2005

The acceleration sensor was attached to the right arm of the dancer. There is a x,y,z axis, and the sensor observes speed. The sensor switches on nine kinds of sampling sound sources. The choreography draws a curve with the inside of the body outward. It is photographed this curve with a camera and influences aerial ribbon. A hamburger steak is cooked with a microwave oven at the beginning of the stage. It is cooked for 15 minutes and burns. The body overheats.
